International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Printify (Print-on-Demand company) that will include a tracking number to check on the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@simplybebydee.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We will deliver domestically in the United States. No international shipping.
The correct address formatting guidelines should be followed when a shipment is directed to a PO box:

- Country: United States
*Express Delivery not Supported: If an order is submitted for Express Delivery with a PO Box address, it will be processed as a standard shipping order.
**Note: Please note deliveries to a PO box might have potential delivery risks or encounter delays/issues, even when the address guidelines are followed. If the address guidelines are not followed, and order tracking confirms successful delivery, we will not be able to offer compensation.
